I will also help you find your new home and see it to closing as well.  If you are moving out of the area, I can provide you with the name of an experienced realtor.

I will set you up your own personal Home Search Website with  homes that specifically meet your search criteria so that as soon as a new listing hits the market or there is a price change on an existing listing, you are notified.

I will help you get approved for a loan with a reputable lender.  I will show you all of the homes you want to see and when you find the one you want,  help you determine a fair offer on a home and do my best to negotiate it to a successful contract.  I will help you with your inspections, negotiate repairs with the seller and project manage your contract to closing.
